I feel like it is so easy to get lost in the holiday chaos, oftentimes forgetting that Winter is not just about holiday shopping and seasonal festivities. It’s one of the few times a year we get a break, so focusing on our self-care is just as important. Below, I explored some of the best yoga studios, spas, and self-care spots that San Francisco has to offer. From steamy saunas to mindful spa retreats, these spots are sure to give you that cozy indoor wellness that we all need during this time of year.
